Legal Advice, Referral and Support
The Women's Law Centre of WA is a free state-wide service providing:
- Legal advice appointments, either at our office or an outreach location, or over the telephone. We use interpreters to assist women with a first language other than English
- Information about your legal rights and practical options to resolve issues
- Assistance with Court documents and letters
- Advocacy
- In some cases we can represent you in Court
- Referral to appropriate legal services and private practitioners
- Assistance to get representation from other services and lawyers
- Referral to appropriate support services
